Show Filming

Press & Promotional
This package includes all of the below:
- Free graphic design for all of your marketing materials (Show image, Social Media posts, Flyers & Posters etc.)
- Every year you see hundreds of low quality, confusing and ineffective posters that do shows no favours. With our experience and track record of clear and quality posters, we can create a design that sells your show well and gives people the important information without any confusion.
- We will print and deliver all of your marketing materials (up to 5000 A5 Flyers & 100 A3 Posters)
- No need to shop around or stress about getting everything together, we'll make sure you turn up to the Fringe prepared to face the crowds on the Royal Mile. You'll have more than enough high-quality materials to last you the month, and we'll even throw in some free tips and tricks for effective flyering and where to do it!
- Copywriting services for your show title and blurbs
- Make your show stand-out in the prorgramme with a blurb and show description that sells your show well, and specifically to the audience you want. We'll chat about what you'd like to include and what you're hoping to acheive, and then workshop several options to deliver exactly what you want and need.
- We will produce a Press Release and email publications to cover your show during the Fringe (If you do not get any coverage from our PR work, £100 will be refunded at the end of the Fringe)
- Press coverage is extremely hard to come by in Edinburgh and people can plough either 1000s of £s into it or a lot of time and effort that is often wasted and ignored. We have a few years of experience behind us now and have managed to get at least one bit of press coverage every year from our efforts. We can target the publications that are most likely to cover your show, and make your show stand out in their very overcrowded and often impersonal inboxes!
Admin Package
This package includes all of the below:
- Free advice and help when applying for venue space
- We'll chat through which venues would suit your show, the benefits and drawbacks of locations / times / promoters and everything else. You can apply for, and indeed head up to Edinburgh prepared and knowing what to expect.
- We will do all the admin of registering in the EdFringe Programme and pay the registration fee on your behalf (Early Bird: £295.20 // Full Price: £393.60)
- This can save you hours of stress and uncertainty. No need to waste you time filling in all the info and working through pages of forms - we'll do it all for you. We know what each section on the registstration requires, and can get you setup hassle free. PLUS we offer felxible repayment, which means you don't have to pay the registration fee all in one go, but spread it out however suits you - interest free.
Full Production
(Limited to only 4 shows)
This excluisve full production option includes all of the below:
- SHOW FILMING PACKAGE
- PRESS & PROMOTIONAL PACKAGE
- ADMIN PACKAGE
- Inclusion on a Comedy Kerfuffle big poster (40" x 60" in a central location)
- A large corex poster distributed in a heavy footfall area, showcasing the show title, image, time and venue, with some room for sticking quotes and stars when they come in!
- Advice and leads to book previews and other festival performances
- Previewing your show is incredibly useful for developing your show and also potentially gaining early exposure to press / industry / audience. Every festival and preview spot is different - some take a lot of effort to get an audience and some will fill a room no matter what. We'll help link you to applications and give you a heads up where we can about what the festivals and venues are like.
- A useful list of compilation, game, and talk shows to apply to during the Fringe
- Other people's shows during the Fringe are a great opportunity for promoting your own show, as well as being a great networking opportunity, good performing experience, and being generally fun as well! It can be daunting and confusing to know where to apply for these shows, so we can cut through that and put you in touch with people who book them.
- On hand support in the run up to and during the Fringe for any queries and issues you may have
- The Fringe, at times, can be very lonely and frustrating, so we'll be there to talk through anything you need, not only as advisors and producers, but as a friendly, caring, emotional support too.
